NLP – THE TOOLKIT FOR POSITIVE CHANGE

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a powerful set of cutting edge tools and techniques used for personal and professional development.

“NLP studies what works in thinking, language and behavior. It’s a way of coding and reproducing excellence, enabling you to consistently achieve the results you want for yourself, for your business, and for your life.” (Sue Night- NLP At Work 2002)

NLP explores the power of the mind and the thoughts that we think and is often described as ‘The users manual for the mind.’ NLP helps us understand how the quality of your thinking impacts the results we get in life and is an excellent tool for making swift positive changes in the way we think, feel and behave.

It brings together three areas:

Neuro relates to the workings of the mind and how we think.

Linguistic relates to language patterns and how we use language to communicate and influence ourselves and others.

Programming relates to the personal programs of thinking and behavior that we repeatedly use and that lead to the results we get and the impact we have on ourselves and others.
